Holding a Master's degree in Media and Communication Management, Rasha has honed her expertise in news and media project design, coordination, and partnership management. Her diverse background includes leadership roles focusing on multimedia production, media training, and development, where she has demonstrated proficiency in digital media production, project management,, and fostering effective team collaboration.
 
Rasha possesses a versatile skill set that includes delivering comprehensive training both in-person and online. Building and nurturing relationships with partners and stakeholders, we conduct monthly organizational-level consultations and perform periodic reviews of partners' progress and challenges. Additionally, we support and coach partners in implementing activities, assess project proposals, and report on capacity building or event impact.
